Symptoms of nausea may start suddenly, with dizziness, yawning, headache, cold sweat, stomach churning.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>To treat nausea, the following can be used<br\/>preventive measures and medicines such as:<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>During the journey, sensitive people should sit in the front seats of the bus and look at things far away on the horizon.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Stabilize the head so that it moves as little as possible.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>At the same time, if you notice that there is another person who is nauseous during your journey, avoid looking at them.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Avoid eating fatty, spicy or smelly foods before or during your trip.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>To minimise the chances of nausea in children, apply the same principles as for you.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Avoid drinking alcohol before and during the trip.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Avoid dehydration by drinking plenty of water before and during the trip.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Wear loose and comfortable clothes on the trip.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ol>&#13;\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1281\" class=\"wp-image-276\" src=\"https:\/\/grtraveller.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/shutterstock_1217532115-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grtraveller.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/shutterstock_1217532115-1-1.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/grtraveller.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/shutterstock_1217532115-1-1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/figure>&#13;\n<p><strong>PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES DURING THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD AND DRINK<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Always wash your hands before eating or drinking.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Eat only well-cooked and hot food. Avoid raw food (especially shellfish) and salads. Fruits and vegetables are a good choice.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Consume bottled water. Drinking carbonated drinks is usually a safe choice.
