Also, the waist circumference should be less than 94 and 80 cm, respectively in men and women.<br \/>\n&#8211; Salt consumption of up to a maximum of 5 g (one small teaspoon per day).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Eating foods containing high amounts of fibre and avoiding fatty foods. Give priority to wholegrain products, vegetables, fruit and fish.<br \/>\n&#8211; Intense physical activity (walking, jogging, cycling or swimming are considered the most beneficial types of exercise) for 2.5 &#8211; 5 hours per week or 30 &#8211; 60 minutes per day<br \/>\nmore days of the week.<br \/>\n&#8211; Avoiding and\/or stopping smoking, not just reducing the number of cigarettes. Gastroenteritis is particularly common in summer because high temperatures favour the multiplication of infectious agents in food. General traveller&#8217;s gastroenteritis is a common gastroenteritis that occurs during or immediately after travelling.<\/p>\n<p>Tips for avoiding gastroenteritis in the summer.<\/p>\n<p>4 key prevention measures:<br \/>\n1.
