We&#8217;ll eat free, go out, drink free&#8230;diet from September.<\/p>\n<p><strong>And yet if you try this you will be surprised as every three days you will see the scale drop.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TIP<\/strong> <strong><sup>1<\/sup> <\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Eat whatever and as much as you want once a day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TIP <sup>2 <\/sup>:<\/strong> All other snacks \/food\/breakfasts\/ in between should be liquid = juices, jellies, milk, yoghurt, creams, ice cream, soups, soft drinks, coffee ..and whatever else in liquid form you choose. Nothing solid!<\/p>\n<p>Drink &#8211; eat as much of them as you want during the day.
