The signing of the use and concession agreement for the construction of the Pylaia Marina between the Ministry of Tourism and the Municipality of Pylaia-Chortiatis marks a pivotal moment for the development of the broader Central Macedonia region.<\/p>\n

The marina will be a project of supra-local significance, adding substantial value to the Municipality of Pylaia-Chortiatis by enhancing its role in advancing maritime tourism across the region.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Ministry of Tourism is moving forward with initiatives to bolster maritime tourism as part of our strategic vision for the qualitative growth of Greek tourism,\u201d stated the Minister of Tourism, Mrs. Olga Kefalogianni, during the concession agreement signing ceremony at the Pylaia-Chortiatis Town Hall. The Minister was warmly received by the Mayor, Mr. Ignatios Kaitezidis.<\/p>\n

This agreement resolves a protracted issue of delays, postponements, and bureaucratic obstacles that have persisted since the project\u2019s zoning in 2012.<\/p>\n
