From olive oil and honey to wines and cheeses, Greek PDO\/PGI products reflect authenticity, heritage, and quality. Through this study, we aim to understand:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1448\">\n<li data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1191\">\n<p data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1191\">How travellers perceive the value of PDO\/PGI products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1245\">\n<p data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1245\">The role of food and drink in destination choice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1340\">\n<p data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1340\">How multisensory experiences (sight, sound, touch, smell, taste) enhance culinary tourism.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1448\">\n<p data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1448\">Which Greek products have the strongest potential to become <strong data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1445\">global ambassadors of Greek gastronomy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1688\">The insights will be presented in the <strong data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1543\">Exhibition Edition of GRtraveller @ WTM London 2025<\/strong>, which will be distributed internationally to tourism leaders, buyers, and decision-makers at the World Travel Market in London this November.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1720\"><\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1720\">Who Can Participate<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1962\">We invite <strong data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1769\">international travellers to Greece<\/strong> (including members of the Greek diaspora abroad) to share their views.
