In an inspiring alignment of excellence, luxury, and academic leadership, Swiss Alpine Center, Switzerland’s premier hospitality management school, and City Unity College, a distinguished higher education institution in Greece, have partnered to launch a pioneering hospitality and culinary training programme — hosted at One&Only Aesthesis, part of the globally renowned ultra-luxury resort brand, in Glyfada on the Athens Riviera.

The Tripartite Cooperation Agreement, signed by the three institutions, sets the foundation for a training programme that blends theoretical education with hands-on, world-class training. Hosted within the state-of-the-art venues of One&Only Aesthesis, as part of a new hospitality and culinary training initiative, the new initiative will deliver Swiss Alpine Center’s globally respected hospitality and culinary arts programmes, franchised to and academically managed by City Unity College.

Under the agreement:
- Swiss Alpine Center will provide its internationally benchmarked curriculum, academic oversight, and quality assurance.
- City Unity College will deliver the programmes in alignment with SAC’s academic standards, appointing qualified faculty and managing programme execution.
- One&Only Aesthesis will host the training at its state-of-the-art venues, offering an unparalleled immersive learning environment within one of the most exclusive luxury resorts in the region.
