What happened when ten years ago, a successful financial executive decided to make a career change, leaving the world of “white collars” to pursue her great love? “Born” F Bakery, a successful chain of handmade savory and sweet flavors that “takes off” our palates in every bite.

Fotini Mangana is an active woman with a restless spirit, who did not hesitate to leave a successful career to create her own success story. Her university studies in economics led her, initially, to the world of finance. He worked in stock exchange companies, in the mutual funds sector and participated in the Board of the Information Society, which managed funds of the 3rd CSF for IT projects in the public sector. But this was not enough for Fotini, who is constantly looking for new ideas and challenges. “In 2010 I thought that the crisis creates opportunities and I decided to enter the catering industry, thinking that the market at that time was “asking” for homemade and quality products,” he says.

That’s how it all started. After experimenting for four years, finally, in 2014, he creates the first F bakery store in Halandri. Since then, the luxury of simplicity and the high quality of the raw material are united daily with absolute balance in every handmade creation. After all, its name comes from the golden number “f” which in mathematics is used to represent harmony.

Differentiating F Bakery from the rest of the industry, in terms of the quality provided and the continuous education of the consumer in this direction, were the biggest challenges he faced from the beginning of the venture.

Its plans for the future include the development of the already existing wholesale of products under the D for Delicacies brand, concerning products produced in the company’s laboratory, the development of the catering service sector and the development of the store network, always
under the prism of excellent quality and respect for the consumer.
