A new gastronomic experience begins at Costa Navarino, as the Michelin-starred restaurant CTC Urban Gastronomy and Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis
take over three key dining venues at Navarino Dunes.
The new restaurant Paráfrasi by CTC will be the centerpiece of this new culinary concept, offering a unique fine comfort food experience. Here, traditional recipes take on new life as they are “reinterpreted” through the creative vision of the chef, using exceptional local ingredients from small producers. The inspired dishes highlight the gastronomic heritage of the region and Greece as a whole.

As Chef Alexandros Tsiotinis states: “The philosophy of CTC stems from our utmost respect for quality ingredients, as we firmly believe that everything begins with the raw material. My passion for gastronomy has always been expressed through a deep understanding of Greek traditions, and this is exactly what is embodied at Paráfrasi by CTC: we offer our own interpretation of the authentic essence of Greek cuisine, showcasing its timelessness in a modern, creative way.”
At the same time, Souvlakerie remains committed to serving the best souvlaki, using high-quality ingredients and authentic flavors, with both classic and modern variations. At Kafenio, the heritage of the traditional Greek café is combined with a contemporary approach, offering an updated space for coffee and meze.
In complete alignment with Costa Navarino’s sustainability principles, the dining venues adopt sustainable gastronomy practices, such as the “nose-to-tail” philosophy to minimize food waste, and the use of local, seasonal products, while also supporting the local economy.

The new menus of the restaurants at Navarino Dunes, home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino, will be unveiled in the spring, inviting guests to enjoy a refreshed gastronomic experience for the upcoming year.
