Co-Publisher _ LILLIAN PSILLA- MYKONOS, FULLY FELT

Dear beloved GRtravellers,

There are places we feel we know long before we truly meet them. Mykonos is perhaps one of the most powerful examples. We have seen it in images, posters, summer stories and fleeting moments that promise light, sea, music and freedom. And yet, behind its instantly recognisable image, there is an island that is deeper, more grounded and profoundly human.

This summer issue was born from the desire to approach Mykonos differently. Not as a backdrop, but as an experience. Not only as a destination of luxury, but as a place of memory, wind, taste, faith, everyday life and beautiful contrasts. To hear the meltemi not as noise, but as the invisible architect of the island. To see white not merely as an aesthetic, but as an act of care. To taste kopanisti, barley rusk, salt and almond as small concentrations of history.

In the pages that follow, Mykonos opens through the five senses, through its people, Delos, spirituality, the younger generation, local businesses, stories and silences. It is an issue dedicated not to the Mykonos that is consumed, but to the Mykonos that is fully felt.

Because the Greece we believe in is not only the one that appears before the eye. It is the one that stays with us, like salt on sunkissed skin, long after the journey has ended.

May this issue invite you to look again, listen more closely, and allow Mykonos to reveal itself beyond the obvious.

With gratitude,
Lillian Psylla
