What will we use in ten, twenty, fifty years’ time to get around in and out of the city? Will we be able to beam directly to our destination?
Transport is constantly evolving and it won’t be long before we see vehicles from science fiction movies driving around.

Vehicles on overhead tracks
Imagine being able to drive your vehicle on overhead tracks through the city at 160 km/h and stop whenever you want, at specially designed stations, without blocking other vehicles. This is what SkyTran, which is already testing its system in Tel Aviv, Texas and California, hopes to launch by 2020. The company itself says the system can handle more vehicles than a six-lane road. It is low cost with zero emissions.
Flying Cars
Flying cars will be able to travel both on the road, as conventional cars, and in the air, as private planes. They will not need a runway and will park comfortably
in the hallway of your garage. An American company has already prepared a four-seater model with a top speed of 300 km/h and is already taking orders.
A taxi different from the others
An eco-taxi that turns into a mini-train when connected to other taxis. It is solar powered and looks very similar to the baggage trains at the airport. The vehicle is manufactured by a well-known French automotive company and aims to solve the problem of the “polluting” taxis that are currently in circulation and make them more flexible in the city.

Driverless cars
Some car manufacturers have already built a car that drives itself without any human intervention. Already in Europe, there is talk of starting to use them in 2020, as these vehicles are considered safe and are expected to reduce road accidents by 90%. On the other hand, a survey of Americans showed that more than half of them would not feel safe in such a car.
