Ikos Resorts, a leading brand of luxury all-inclusive resorts in the Mediterranean, announces that the new Ikos Porto Petro in Mallorca opens its doors today – 9 June, earlier than the planned launch – for a “soft opening” exclusively for its partners, in order to test and optimize its functions before the official welcome of its visitors. on 16 June.
Just 50 minutes from Palma de Mallorca Airport and set between two stunning sandy coves, Ikos Porto Petro is set in a beautifully landscaped area of a one-kilometre coastline, in an area of exotic beauty in the southeast coast of Mallorca. It is located next to the Montrago National Park and the picturesque port of Porto Petro, offering access to one of the best preserved destinations in Mallorca.
Ikos Porto Petro now opens its doors with 319 elegantly designed rooms, suites and bungalows, including one, two and three bedroom options for couples and large families. The accommodation features balconies and private pools and gardens, with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea, five indoor and outdoor heated pools, either exclusively for adults or separate for children and babies, and access to the area’s beautiful beaches. Each room at Ikos Porto Petro has been designed in Ikos’ signature Mediterranean style, incorporating and interacting with the special elements and characteristics of exotic Mallorca with high standards of sustainability.
The 5* resort comes to offer high quality luxury all-inclusive hospitality, highlighting the DNA of Greek hospitality and Mediterranean aesthetics for which the Sani/Ikos Group is famous. Its operation is based on the award-winning “Ikos Unconditional Luxury concept”, where, among other things, guests can enjoy menus created by award-winning chefs with Michelin stars in five à la carte restaurants, signature cocktails, 300 international wine labels, children’s club, 24-hour room service and spa services by Anne Semonin. Ikos Porto Petro on the Balearic Island is the seventh in the award-winning all-inclusive brand’s portfolio and the second in Spain, following its successful debut on the Iberian Peninsula with the opening of Ikos Andalusia in Marbella-Estepona in May 2022.
