From afar, the clarinet adds its own color to the folk songs, not born from a single lyricist but from the soul and life of the Greeks. Describing their life stories, joys, and sorrows, in a way that deeply touches the heart. Their steps, slow and steady on the ground, emphasize Greek bravery, while at times, through complex, ancient steps, they mimic nature itself, like in the Tsakoniko dance. Suddenly, the rhythm intensifies, becomes livelier, and brass sounds are added. The Macedonian dances begin. Along with the clarinet, the trumpet, the trombone, and the percussion, each with its unique timbre, compose an impressive auditory experience that captivates, adding a strong, euphoric dimension to the already rich musical palette of the evening. And the celebration continues. The brass instruments of Macedonia give way to the strings of the Aegean.
