By bike… everywhere!

The bicycle is not just for Sunday rides, nature tours and sports training.

It is an ecological means of transport that can become your “inseparable” friend in your daily life.

In your free time as well as at work, school and during the week’s shopping.

By following a proper healthy diet, cycling removes “excess” pounds, “shields” the immune system and relieves stress.

“A healthy mind in a healthy body”, then, pedaling.

So why, then, does the, so, beneficial and useful bicycle “resting” in the garage alone, waiting for the weekend or the holidays to come to “stretch”?

The commute to work or school can turn into a morning workout.

Visiting the supermarket or the market in your neighbourhood will be more enjoyable when you don’t have to get stuck in traffic.

Above all… safety!

On the cycle paths, getting around is easy and comfortable. But when they don’t “lead” to your destination, what do you do?

Follow the safety rules and pedal on the small or big streets of the city.

Wear bike-appropriate clothing and bright clothing so you can be seen, choose the right lane but not the sidewalks, and obey the rules of the road as if you were driving a car.

When you have to carry groceries, hanging bags on the handlebars is not the safest thing to do.

Shopping…on the grill

One of the most common myths about bicycles is that you can’t use them for shopping, especially when you have a lot of things to carry.

The solutions are many and all of them are available on the market.

Choose racks, baskets or special trolleys to carry everything from supermarket shopping to your children.

Place racks on the back or front of your bike and attach special bags to them to carry documents, books for school or university, your office top hat and a few bags from the supermarket.

You can also choose baskets to give it a more “romantic” look.

Troll(s) – you know

But what do you do with that six-pack of bottled water that won’t fit in any basket?

In recent years there are many types of trolleys for bicycles on the market.

Not just for carrying all the week’s shopping but also for carrying your kids, your pets and anything you can pull with your well-toned legs.

Don’t expect the extra load to set a new record (unless it’s an electric bike), but you’ll have enough endurance for your next outdoor excursion.
