Spring in the park of Katerini is unique and invites us to the 2nd Park Festival, in a beautiful celebration, full of rhythms, colours, aromas, flavours. I invite residents and visitors to celebrate together in a friendly – accessible space that has become the center of life itself for our city. Along with the mild recreational, sporting, educational, etc. activities, enjoyed by people of all ages, the operation of the theme park “The 12 Labors of Hercules”, “touches” the need to develop a unique and original space in our municipal park, with special characteristics. The vision of such a space is already associated with visits of excursionists, schools from all over Greece. Moreover, as we will all see, its high quality aesthetics, its originality is undoubtedly a strong, comparative advantage. I warmly congratulate all participants and invite you all to embrace this year’s events with special interest.

The most fascinating park for Greek Mythology starts and the first pictures are impressive!
The municipal park was transformed into a fairy-tale themed space: the huge robotic dummies with movement and sounds blend harmoniously with the natural environment and invite us to a fantastic journey back in time, with Hercules and his exploits – the protagonists.
Πιο συγκεκριμένα, οι επισκέπτες έως και τις 31/05, θα ακολουθούν μια ξεχωριστή «διαδρομή στο μύθο και την ιστορία», προκειμένου να γνωρίσουν και να «δουν» τον Ηρακλή, όπως ποτέ μέχρι σήμερα, στο Δημοτικό Πάρκο, σε έναν ιδανικό χώρο ανάπτυξης των 12 Άθλων του μυθικού ήρωα, συνδυασμένο με την σχετική σκηνογραφία.
According to the data so far, more than 4,000 children, from various schools in the country, have already planned their visit to the theme park, with more to come.
