ATTICA

 

Thermal spring of Vouliagmeni Lake, Athens.

It is located on the coast of Vouliagmeni Bay with a cave lake. The natural resource has a temperature of 27 °C and is characterized as: hypothermic, chloride, sodium thermal water. External thermal hydrotherapy is indicated in rheumatic, orthopedic, neurological diseases and injuries as well as in dermatological diseases.

 

Nano thermal spring in the town of Methana with a renovated private hydrotherapy centre. The thermal waters have a temperature of 32.8°C and are characterized as hypothermic, mineral, acidic, chlorine sodium, carbonated and hydrogen sulphide. They are indicated in rheumatic, orthopedic, neurological diseases and injuries as well as in dermatological and gynecological diseases, diseases of the respiratory system with external thermal hydrotherapy.

 

 

FTHIOTIDA

 

Thermal spring of Thermopylae in the Municipality of Lamia, known from the battle of Thermopylae where Hercules washed his wounds to renew his strength after his feats. The natural resource has a temperature of 41.1° C and is characterized as superheated, moderately sulphurous, moderately carbonated, chlorine-sodium, hypertonic, calcareous, oxycarbonate, oxycarbonate, potassium, quartz, strontium, boron, lithium thermal water. External thermal hydrotherapy is indicated for diseases of the musculoskeletal, nervous and respiratory systems, dermatological and gynecological diseases.

 

The thermal spring of Ipati in the Municipality of Lamia has a temperature of 33.2°C and is characterized as hypothermic, mineral, moderately sulphurous, strongly carbonated, chlorinated thermal water. It is suitable for external thermal hydrotherapy in musculoskeletal and circulatory systems, dermatological and gynecological diseases.

 

Kallidromou thermal spring (Psoroneria) in the Municipality of Lamia is formed in open-air tanks where bathers enjoy the thermal properties of the waters freely. The thermal waters have a temperature of 37.5°C and are characterized as mesothermal, mineral, acidic, chlorine sodium, weakly carbonated and moderately hydrogen sulphide and are indicated in rheumatic, orthopaedic, neurological diseases and injuries, dermatopathies and gynaecological diseases with external thermal hydrotherapy.

 

Konyavitis (Aphrodite – Morphoneria) thermal spring in the Municipality of Kamena Vourla where in temporary tanks bathers enjoy the thermal properties of the waters freely. The natural resource has a temperature of 35°C and is characterized as moderately sulphurous, homothermic, weakly carbonated, chlorine-sodium, hypertonic, calcareous, oxycarbonate, quartz, strontium boride, fluoride, lithium thermal water. External thermal hydrotherapy is indicated for diseases of the musculoskeletal and nervous system, gynaecological and dermatological diseases.

Balala-Aidipsos thermal spring has a temperature of 55°C and is characterized as superheated, mineral, chloride, sodium, sodium, calcium, calcium, potassium, iron, fluoride, strontium, bromide, bromide, boron, weakly carbonated, hypertonic, weakly radioactive thermal water.
