The report underscores the unwavering commitment of Greece’s largest hotel company to fostering sustainable development across its destinations, spotlighting the successful implementation of over 90 CSR initiatives through its comprehensive Sustainability & CSR Programme, ‘A Story of Change’.

The programme is structured around 5 key thematic pillars, each reflecting Mitsis Group’s dedication to sustainability and responsible business practices:

The 2023 Sustainability & CSR Report illustrates the Group’s positive contributions, including welcoming 400,000 guests annually, employing over 5,000 team members, collaborating with more than 4,000 suppliers and partners, and positively impacting over 4 million people in local communities.

Fully aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and the ATHEX ESG Index, the report reaffirms Mitsis Group’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth.
