New, educational programme HOSPITALITY FORWARD for a career in tourism
The Group Sani/Ikos collaborates with the educational group AKMI for the innovative program

Ο Group Sani/Ikos, the fastest growing luxury hospitality provider in the Mediterranean, joins forces with IEK AKMI, member of the largest International Educational Organization in Greece and presents the new innovative educational programme HOSPITALITY FORWARD, for internationally renowned studies and job security in the Group’s resorts in Greece from the very first semester of study. With this innovative initiative, Sani/Ikos Group and AKMI IEK respond to the increased demand for highly qualified professionals in the tourism sector due to the dynamic growth of the industry in Greece and the wider Mediterranean region.
The new educational program HOSPITALITY FORWARD, which starts from the academic year 2023-24, concerns the specialties of Chef and Hotel Services Executive, reinforcing the approved educational program of the Ministry of Education in these two specialties with 150 hours of experiential education, which is fully funded by the Sani/Ikos Group. Within the framework of this enhanced programme, students will have the opportunity to develop skills in emerging sectors of luxury hospitality, such as sustainable development and ecotourism, emerging trends in guest services and gastronomy, new tools of personalised hospitality and many more, with the help of distinguished professionals and speakers from the tourism industry.
At the end of the program, all participants will receive a graduation bonus of 1,000 euros, while from the very first semester of their studies they will sign a work contract with Sani/Ikos Group for an immediate career start in one of the Group’s resorts in Greece without the requirement of an internship.
The modules of the HOSPITALITY FORWARD programme are held exclusively at IEK AKMI’s facilities throughout the country, while the experiential part is implemented both at the educational group’s facilities and at the Sani Resort and Ikos Resorts hotels in Greece.
