September with new beginnings – How to prepare?

 

Our daily lives have been dramatically altered by environmental conditions, but also by the way we live our daily lives. We often feed ourselves with inappropriate food, live in an almost sterile and protected environment (air conditioning everywhere, even in spring or autumn and very often in the car with closed windows), rarely sweat (natural detoxification mechanism), work and stress more, sleep less, abuse technology, etc.  All of this affects our metabolism and our health.

It is up to us to make every possible effort to protect the environment and change our personal daily habits, by making the right choice of lifestyle change by modifying our eating habits, finding time for interpersonal relationships, communication and systematic exercise of our choice!
