The leading Greek airline has signed its Initiative IATA 25by2025 during the Conference Wings of Change Europe (WoCE) in Amsterdam
The SKY express, the leading Greek airline, recognizing the urgent need to promote diversity and gender balance in the aviation industry, announces its firm commitment to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) 25by2025 initiative, which aims to improve gender balance by 2025.

The announcement and signing of SKY express’s commitment to the 25by2025 Initiative took place during the Wings of Change Europe (WoCE) Conference that took place in Amsterdam (14-15 November 2023), with the participation of SKY express and industry executives, who discussed a number of key issues for aviation, as well as opportunities for joint initiatives and future actions. IATA’s 25by2025 initiative is an important step towards a more equitable and inclusive aviation industry. With the commitment of all parties to achieve a 25% increase in the number of women in senior positions and under-represented operational departments by 2025, SKY express aims to contribute to the relative transformation of the aviation industry in a way that reflects the diversity and potential of its people.
