GO ON VACATION, RELAX…COME BACK WITH LESS WEIGHT!

On our holidays we want to relax, we don’t want deprivation and calculations. We’ll eat free, go out, drink free…diet from September.

And yet if you try this you will be surprised as every three days you will see the scale drop.

TIP 1 : Eat whatever and as much as you want once a day.

TIP 2 : All other snacks /food/breakfasts/ in between should be liquid = juices, jellies, milk, yoghurt, creams, ice cream, soups, soft drinks, coffee ..and whatever else in liquid form you choose. Nothing solid!

Drink – eat as much of them as you want during the day. Don’t worry about the right time, quality or quantity…just make sure it’s in liquid form!
