ERMIS Awards: six awards including two gold, three silver and one bronze for the 2022- 2023 EOT campaigns

Six distinctions ERMIS Awards for the 2022- 2023 EOT campaigns

The campaigns of the Hellenic Tourism Organisation for the years 2022-2023 swept theErmis Awards, winning a total of six awards including two gold, three silver and one bronze!

The awards were presented at the Ermis Awards event , which is organized every year by the Association of Advertising & Promotional Companies Communication Association of Greece and is considered the most important institution for the promotion of creativity in the field of communication in Greece.

The two films of the central campaign of the Greek National Tourism Organisation for the promotion of Greece abroad, “Greece. A life-changing experience” and “OTO, Greece. You will want to stay forever”, created for E.O.T. from the Ogilvy and the Foss Productions and won three awards.

Another three awards were given to the Agency’s co-advertising campaign with Aegean AirlinesExplore your Happy Place”.

In detail, the awards received by the GNTO are as follows:

 

  • The film “Greece.A Life Changing Experience” received the gold award in the category “Production of Commercial Films” and the bronze award in the category “Commercial Films”.
  • The film “OTO, Greece. You will want to stay forever” won the silver award in the category “Promotional Films”
  • EOT’s co-promotional film with Aegean Airlines, “Explore your Happy Place”,received one gold award in the “Direct Marketing” category and two silver awards in the “Promo & Activation” and “Brand Experience”.

It is worth noting that the ETF campaigns for the years 2022 and 2023 were warmly embraced by the general public, receiving rave reviews both within and outside the borders.

The film “OTO,Greece. You will want to stay forever” is a narrative campaign, which presents the story of a German who came to Greece for holidays, was enchanted by the country and its people and stayed here forever.

In the film “Greece.A life-changing experience” the red-haired protagonist finds the meaning of life in Greece and enjoys a life-changing experience.

The Secretary General of the E.O.T. Dimitris Fragakis said: “We are very proud of our new awards which add to our last year’s award for the Greekend, our campaign for the City Break. At E.O.T. we believe in creativity and the need to promote Greek Tourism in an attractive way that truly reaches the public, beyond the usual approaches.
